Nmble Medical, in collaboration with a highly respected rehabilitation organization partner , is seeking an experienced and motivated Clinic Director with an active Physical Therapy license to lead our growing team in the Columbus, IN area.

This is a full-time, onsite leadership position ideal for a physical therapist who combines strong clinical expertise with the ability to inspire, mentor, and manage a team in a patient-focused environment.

As Clinic Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the clinic’s operations, ensuring exceptional clinical outcomes, and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on patient care while overseeing day-to-day clinic operations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of physical therapists, assistants, and support staff.
• Ensure high-quality clinical standards, patient satisfaction, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement performance, quality, and growth initiatives.
• Monitor financial and operational metrics, assist with scheduling, and optimize clinic workflow.
• Drive community engagement and referral development efforts to grow clinic presence in the region.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana Physical Therapy License (required).
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in physical therapy; prior leadership or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
