Job Description:

The Director, Data Analytics will lead the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to enhance business performance. This individual will manage a team of skilled data analysts, develop analytics frameworks, and collaborate across teams to address business needs and deliver actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive analytics strategy aligned with business goals.
• Analyze complex datasets and create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
• Identify and recommend improvements to address deficiencies in funnel performance
• Provide analytical input for test-and-learn strategies, supporting ongoing optimization.
• Conduct performance analytics to drive customer experience
• Collaborate with executives and departments to uncover opportunities for optimization and efficiency.
• Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, fostering professional growth and development.
• Stay current with analytics trends and techniques, applying them appropriately to business practices.
• Communicate complex analytical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience managing a team of data analysts.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing analytics strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with hands-on proficiency in tools like SQL, SAS, and Power BI.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
• At least 8 years of experience in analytics, data science, or similar domains.
