As one of the fastest growing home improvement companies in the nation, specializing in energy-efficient windows, entry doors, and siding, we are dedicated to helping homeowners improve comfort and reduce energy costs. We are currently seeking a full-time Direct Marketing Specialist to join our vibrant team. Please note, this position is not eligible for remote work and requires presence in the field.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Represent the EHI brand in assigned residential areas.
• Engage homeowners face-to-face to generate interest in energy-efficient home upgrades.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our product specialists.
• Track and submit leads using company technology.
• Attend weekly training sessions and team development meetings.

Requirements

• Positive, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
• Maintain a professional image and a customer-focused attitude.
• Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and remain accountable for performance.
