Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $20-$23 an hour depending on experience. Regular overtime is available. The company offers health, dental, and vision insurance as well as simple IRA benefits to its full time employees.

About the Employer:
Hine Environmental Service (HES) is a locally owned company that was established in 2004 to pursue the increasing environmental needs of a densely populated industrial region and has continued to grow over the years. HES began operations mainly geared towards supplying environmental products to consumers, but soon expanded to a fleet of tractor trucks/trailers and various sized roll-off boxes, as the demand for industrial waste transportation increased. Along with waste transportation, HES has grown its services to include asbestos surveys, asbestos abatement, demolition, dirt work, etc. HES' inventory of equipment includes, but is not limited to, excavators, dozers, end dump trailers, van trailers, straight tankers, 130 & 150 bbl vacuum tankers, etc.

Job Summary:
The Delivery Driver will move parts, goods, and other merchandise from one location to another.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Plans and completes an efficient delivery and pick up route for the day.
• Loads delivery vehicle with parcels scheduled for delivery.
• Delivers parcels to correct addresses, obtaining signatures and proof of receipt when necessary.
• Picks up parcels along the scheduled route, including items to be returned, company orders, and other items as requested.
• Maintains basic records of truck mileage and deliveries made.
• Ensures that delivery vehicle receives basic service according to maintenance schedule; reports larger service needs and mechanical issues to supervisor.
• Assists in general warehouse duties when delivery route is completed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Ability to drive safely.
• Ability to use navigation tools such as onboard GPS, smartphone apps, and/or web-based or physical maps.
• Ability to plan delivery routes.
• Ability to maintain basic logs and records.
• Ability to carry out a series of instructions without constant supervision.
• Able to remain professional and courteous at all times.
Education and Experience:
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must have a current and active Class A CDL with an X endorsement
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Must be able to load and unload packages with and without dollies in various types of weather.
