JOB DESCRIPTION
Industry Type: Manufacturing / Full Time JOB PURPOSE Successful applicant will
be responsible for the laminating and assembly of FRP Composite Fan components by
working with moulds and drawings
RESPONSIBILITIES
• To be part of a dynamic design team at an established Composite Fan
Manufacturer
• Responsible for the laminating & assembling of FRP Composite Fan components
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Know and maintain health and safety standards in keeping with company policy
• Responsible for initial inspection of your work and be able to identify
unacceptable work.
• Assist with cleaning and preparing molds for laminating process when requested.
• Read and follow order data / time sheets and procedures.
• Catalyze resins as instructed and understand the promotion of same
• Laminate composite parts required by order minimizing air voids, waste and time
whilst maintaining resin/fiber ratios
• Demold parts as required.
• Assemble composite parts using bonding or welding techniques as required
• Maintain a clean and safe workstation at all times, specifically before leaving at
the end of the work-day
• Record accurate times as required.
• Communicate any problems or ideas for improving methods or process and work
within a team environment
WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Full time hourly position at our plant in Bloomfield ON.
• Hours 6:30 am - 4:00 pm Monday to Thursday and 6:30 - 10:30 am on Friday
• Some overtime may be required
• Physically fit and able to lift 50lbs minimum
• Compliance with company Health and Safety plan

• Must be able to communicate in English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20 - $25 per hour
