Wayzata Kids After School Program Child Care Assistant

The Wayzata Kids program is looking for enthusiastic Child Care Assistants who love working with children and are passionate about youth development. Your Role Will Include:

• Assisting with fun, curiosity-sparking activities in a positive, welcoming setting.
• Building meaningful connections with kids while prioritizing safety and inclusion.
• Upholding Wayzata's high standards for excellence in every interaction.

Qualifications:

• No prior work experience required.
• Some prior work experience with students in a group setting is a plus.
• Pass background check.
• Reliable transportation needed.

Salary and Benefits:

• Starting $17.52/hour up to $18.25/hour.

Locations & Shift Times:

• Meadow Ridge Elementary.
• North Woods Elementary.
• Oakwood Elementary.
• Birchview Elementary.
• Hours: 2 PM - 6 PM. Hours may vary by location.
