Base pay range

$35.39/hr - $51.31/hr

Responsibilities

• Provide pastoral care for patients, families, and staff in accordance with Dignity Health's mission and policies.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, standards, and policies, including reporting and investigating violations.
• Assist in risk evaluation and collaborate with leadership to implement corrective plans.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of four units of Clinical Pastoral Education is required.
• Master's Degree required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Eligible for professional chaplain certification within two years preferred.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) is preferred.
