Job Description
Abbeville area business is currently seeking a CDL A Driver to complete deliveries throughout the Acadiana area. Candidate must have a valid CDL-A license with no restrictions to drive a manual/standard vehicle. Company vehicle is a flatbed straight truck with a Moffett (piggyback forklift, grasshopper, ridealong forklift). Driver is responsible for loading and unloading. Ideal candidate will have at least 1yr+ of driving experience. Moffett/Grasshopper or forklift experience is a plus but not required. Must possess an insurable MVR, and a valid Medical DOT. This person may assist in other ways at the site in between deliveries. Previous experience delivering and unloading pallets or stacked loads for commercial and residential customers on site is also a plus.
$18/hr + (DOE)
FULL TIME, DAY TIME RUNS, NO OVERNIGHT TRIPS, SLEEP IN YOUR OWN BED EVERY NIGHT
