Position

We are seeking BI Engineers to develop and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards using tools such as Cognos, Power BI, or Tableau to support operational and strategic decision-making.

Position will be done REMOTE.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive BI reports and dashboards primarily using Power BI.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical BI solutions.
• Integrate diverse data sources into cohesive reporting environments.
• Optimize report performance and ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of visualizations.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and insights that support strategic decisions.
• Facilitate data governance and documentation on BI development processes.
• Support and troubleshoot BI tools and dashboards, ensuring end-user satisfaction.
• Mentor junior BI developers and guide best practices in BI development and visualization.
• Stay current on BI technology trends and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in BI development with a strong focus on Power BI.
• Proficiency in other BI tools such as Cognos and Tableau is a plus.
• Strong skills in SQL and data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience integrating and harmonizing data from multiple sources.
• Solid understanding of business operations and ability to translate business needs into BI solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment with strong time management.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field preferred.
