Are you what we like to call a "natural born leader"? Then come on down and join our team! Cupcakin' Bake Shop is looking for bakers who love cupcakes.

The ideal candidate is experienced, highly organized, diligent, team-oriented, pays attention to details, is proactive, able to lift 50 lbs, keeps a clean work environment, works well with others, and takes initiative.

Responsibilities include:

• Passionate about baking and decorating cupcakes.
• Consistently finish cupcakes according to standards/specifications.
• Experience with buttercream decorating/ piping is required.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Must be able to work early mornings and weekends.
• Friendly and team-oriented.

Qualifications:

• One year of previous culinary experience, pastry/baking experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work in cross-functional roles as needed.
• You should have reliable transportation.
