Responsibilities
- Entering the accounting of the wholesale deals into DMS system to determine the gross profit per deal.
- Held for Resale on all used vehicles incoming into inventory, as well as all units wholesaled out of inventory.
- Process titling for New & Used vehicle through MNDRIVE, DLRDMV and DLR50
- Send out wholesale titles, address issues with wholesale titles/liens, communicate with finance when needed.
- Monitor titling schedules.
- Plate/Tab Inventory
- DMV postings
- Title security
- Floorplan Audit
Qualifications
- Previous Title Clerk experience required.
- Title certification preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and numbers sense
- Strong Detail and organization skills
- Good social and interpersonal skills
- Strong record of positive Customer Happiness results
- Collaborative and eagerness to improve.
- Professional personal appearance
