• Handle environmental remediation, transactional, and litigation matters
• Support clients across real estate, regulatory, and hazardous site issues
• Advise property owners/operators, developers, and public entities
• Work on Superfund and hazardous waste site remediation matters
Qualifications:
• Min 5 years of environmental law experience
• NJ Bar admission required
• NY Bar admission preferred
• Strong background in remediation and regulatory work
• Ability to manage complex matters and client needs
